Synthetic persona
A synthetic persona is a fictional but systematically specified user profile used to test how a system responds to particular characteristics or scenarios. In AI evaluation, personas can vary attributes such as age, symptoms or severity while protecting real people's privacy. They improve experimental control but cannot reproduce every detail of authentic human behavior.
